Q: When will Preorders ship in my region?

A: US preorders are shipping now.

Shipping to Canada is delayed and pre-orders should ship late January / early February. You will receive two tracking emails: a blank one for when the order leaves our US fulfillment center and an active one when it is sorted and shipped from our center in Canada to your address. 

EU Preorders are shipping now.

UK Preorders are shipping now. 

Australia/NZ Preorders are shipping now.

 

Q: I received my game but not my Table Playmat & Carry Case (or vice versa). Where is the rest of my order?

A: The Table Playmats are shipped separately. They may show up over a week before or after your game. Please be patient, the rest is coming!

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada*, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, and the US.

*New orders to Canada have been paused while we get our new fulfillment center set up. We hope to have orders available to Canada again in a few weeks.

 

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?

A: We cannot ship to PO Boxes domestically or internationally. Due to the size of each package, there is too great a risk of the package being bounced back to us.

 

Q: Can I get the game in another language?

A: We only sell the English version of the game in our store. If you are looking for the game in another language, you can check out our translation partners' websites.

Q: Do you support damaged or missing components?

A: Please contact info@contentiongames.com (with a picture if appropriate). If you're missing a token, please check carefully if it fell into the box.
