Q: I received my game but not my Table Playmat & Carry Case (or vice versa). Where is the rest of my order?

A: The Table Playmats are shipped separately. They may show up over a week before or after your game. Please be patient, the rest is coming!

 

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, and the US.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Packages to the US should arrive within a week. For other countries, shipping may take longer. Shipping delays may occur around the holidays.

 

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?

A: We cannot ship to PO Boxes domestically or internationally. Due to the size of each package, there is too great a risk of the package being bounced back to us.

 

Q: Can I get the game in another language?

A: We only sell the English version of the game in our store. If you are looking for the game in another language, you can check out our translation partners' websites.
